Ahh I love talking diet and exercise, it’s so much fun so I love your question!! Currently I’m trying to get as healthy as possible for spring break since I’m going to be sporting my finest Lilly bikinis….SO to get to the point, try to exercise 5 to 6 days a week. Don’t always do the same exercises too, because your body can get used to it. Eat fruit/eggs/oatmeal for breakfast, a salad + lotsss of veggies for lunch, and lean meat + veggies for dinner. I use Lose It! to track my calories consumed/burned, which really helps. Here is my exercise plan for a typical week:

Monday: Spinning + 20 minute ab workout

Tuesday: Spinning 

Wednesday: Spinning + P90X Shoulders and Arms workout

Thursday: Running 

Friday: OFF

Saturday: Elliptical

Sunday: Elliptical + Leg/Butt exercises

Just stay motivated and remember that eating healthy is more important than exercise!! You can’t out-exercise a bad diet!! Good luck!!
